Here are the documents from Chula Vista Animal Care Facility, where Sandy was killed.
They broke California State Hayden Laws, and killed Sandy Immediately.
After contacting the City Managers office SIX times, their response is below.
Sandy was euthanized on June 7, 2014. Yet, our final rescue to rescue transfer
was given to her on June 15, and given because of Cate Sacks lied
and said she want to help Sandy. (here )
Cate Sacks had Sandy killed while he was still the property of our rescue.
Was he hurt like she told San Diego Animal Control ?
Linda Septon, Rescue Coordinator assigned him ID #A162673, and showed Sandy as "ADOPTED" by Sacks before he was killed.
Ms. Septon refused to tell us if Sandy was hurt when we called to ask.
The behavior box is checked.
This killing was done without our permission or knowledge.

After contacting the City Managers office SIX times in writing,
they sent this letter. It has several "inaccuracies".
We never ever spoke to
anyone in person about
the killing of our dog, Sandy.
In fact, no one would speak
to us on the phone about this.
Not the the City Attorney,
not Linda Septon.
The fact remains that
Sandy was still killed
at Chula Vista Animal Shelter
behind our back.
This happened in part
because of the very public "friendship"
of Catherine "Cate" Sacks
and their rescue coordinator,
Linda Septon. They have done this together before. here
They both knew Sandy
belonged to our rescue
at the time of the killing, and
had him killed anyway.
They BOTH conspired to cover it up. We still don't know today, in
November of 2015
if our Sandy was hurt.
They have continued to conspire to keep the truth from us.
Linda Septon refused to speak to me or answer any of my emails to find out the truth. I had to subpoena her to small claims court to find the date of the killing.
Why is PUBLIC information being covered up? Is she not a public employee?
We also know that
Chula Vista Animal Care Facility BROKE the California Hayden Laws when they didn't hold Sandy
for the required time.
Further, this shelter also killed TWO other dogs in the same manner ~ Cate Sacks brought them in and requested they be killed so they killed them.

Ms. Sacks told San Diego Animal Control
that Sandy bit her, and a volunteer.
Yet, she circled HAS NOT bitten anyone on this form. report here
She also says she is the owner,
or the owner's agent. Which she was not.
Sandy is listed on the first line of our public records search as "ADOPTED" by Cate Sacks, Why? He was not her dog.

Chula Vista Animal Shelter
for 7 months,
and doesn't pay Sandy's euthanasia bill of $ 15 fee until Jan of 2015.
