TIME LINE: ACTUAL SCREEN SHOTS OF THE emails documenting Catherine Sacks offer to "help" Sandy, draft of rescue transfer, and fake progress updates that Catherine "Cate" Sacks sent to us. The final rescue transfer. Death order.

June 6 "Draft" of transfer sent to Ms. Sacks (& rescue) from foster ~ (Sandy was killed the very next day after an "accident" )
June 6 7:11 pm same day~ instuctions given to WAIT for final transfer, Ms. Sacks acknowledges . She deposits $ 2500 check.
June 7 Received email offering to make Sandy" her property", hours later delivers Sandy to be killed at shelter~not telling us.

June 11 Four days after Sandy was dead, sends fake progress report after we ask how he was doing. Reports he is doing fine.....
June 15 Final rescue to rescue transfer delivered emailed. However, we did NOT know that Sandy had been dead since June 7th.
June 16th Second fake progress report emailed to us upon receipt of transfer, Cate Sacks had ordered Sandy killed 9 days earlier.

BELOW. June 7th, Cate Sacks sent this email, then a few hours later she took Sandy to Chula Vista Shelter, 30 miles
from her home, past 2 other shelters to be killed~~and checks the "behavior" box as the reason. Sandy's Chula Vista DEATH order here. On June 11, she lies, pretending he is STILL ALIVE when I ask how he is doing.
Because of her cover up, it will take us until January of 2015 before we find that she took Sandy to a shelter to be killed.
April 2015 she shows on camera to a news reporter that she used the draft to have Sandy killed. Only then did we know that.

BELOW: June 15 we deliver this rescue-to rescue transfer via email, because Catherine "Cate" Sacks
has assured us that she will work with Sandy, have him neutered and help to find him a home in the "right" way.
We sent this email NOT knowing our little Sandy has been dead since June 7th. Not knowing that Cate Sacks had him killed at the shelter. Later she claimed he was "hurt". Notice, it's June 16th and Sacks doesn't mention that Sandy is
dead or hurt, instead, Catherine Sacks says "Thank you..." . In black & white, Sacks lies yet again on June 16th,
with another of her fake updates, pretending Sandy is still alive~~ after she took him to the shelter and ordered him killed.

Draft Ms. Sacks might have used to have Sandy killed at the shelter. Knowing full well it was a draft. See below

Emails exchanged the SAME day as the "draft" was sent, telling Ms Sacks
to wait for the final transfer, she acknowledges receipt of request. Again, this was Sent SAME day as draft above.

Cate Sacks loads Sandy in her vehicle and drives to Chula Vista Shelter to have Sandy killed a few hours after sending this email to me, telling me how she was going to find him a home in the right way. Then waits 13 days to send
a text message saying he is dead. Claimed he was hurt.

Ms Sacks LIES and tells me Sandy is "doing fine", when I ask for a progress report, but he has been DEAD for 4 days.... see her signed death order here, dated June 7th.

But first, Chula Vista Rescue Coordinator, Linda Septon creates documents that show Sandy (our dog) is ADOPTED by Cate Sacks and then ordered killed.

WHY DOES CHULA VISTA ANIMAL SHELTER COVER THIS STORY UP?

The $15 she was suppose to pay for Sandy's killing~ turns out that she was extended credit until Jan of 2015. Chula Vista Animal Shelter extends
Cate Sacks
SIX months credit to pay the $ 15 for his killing. See line 3 for Sandy.

Cate Sacks didn't tell us Sandy was dead for almost 2 weeks. Then she claimed he was hurt. Why didn't she contact anyone in our rescue to tell them he was hurt for 2 weeks, until after he was dead?
