she could have killed Sandy, who didn't belong to her.....

Yes, you are correct about the scams on
the Internet and that is what happened to me...cyber bullying!!.

What you read about Sandy are a case of cyber bullying brought on by a competitor. I have ample proof that I am a legit 501c3, and my clients
(who have actually worked with me) reviews don't lie.

The person who did this to me is the same person who has done it
to so many others in order to gain "likes" on social media
as well as massive amounts of donations.

This abuse happened so long ago, and I do not wish to relive it...
but if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.
sadly once lies are on the Internet they do not come off.

I agree with your worries with craigslist,
and although I have clients pay by check,
people from Craigslist I always ask cash in order to weed out those
who want to bounce checks. I hope that makes sense.

All money made by donations and trainings goes right back
into my non profit
to help dogs and other animals that I am working with.
As for little cuddles, she was adopted yesterday
and I have posted pictures and the text I
received this morning from her new parents on my facebook page.

It was June 7, 2014...
the very next day after Cate Sacks received
her last $ 2500 check
and a "draft" of a rescue transfer

Why does Cate Sacks wait two weeks
to tell us Sandy is dead and
send fake updates on June 11 & June 16 ?

it was in the plastic crate "it"
had come in.

And she opened the door
to let the dog out...
the dog freaked out and
WAS ON A CHAIN
and got caught on the crate.
She said he slammed the crate multiple times as "it"
started to freak out
and alligator roll....
the dog's leg was broken and dangling....
there was no way
to save the dog....

Is sharing the story of how we were scammed and our rescue dog was killed by a local dog "trainer" / "rescue" considered cyberbullying?

No, our core values ~ honesty, transparency, truth were trampled. Our trust betrayed,
by this so called trainer and our dog killed. We have a moral obligation to share Sandy's story,
if saves one dog from this same fate, our mission is complete.

The only "victim" is our dog Sandy who was ordered killed by Cate Sacks.

Telling Sandy's story is the right thing to do and exposing
this reprehensible act and cover up that has followed is also the right thing to do.
Dog owners from our community leave their beloved pets at this "doggy boot camp".

The fancy place you see when you leave your dog,
is not at all what it seems. Sandy's story is not "bogus" and full of "lies".
Follow the money. The last check was given on June 6, he was killed on June 7th.

The first post below was written on November 30, 2015 and the 2nd post
was written by Ms. Sacks about two months after she had Sandy killed,
she knows exactly what she has done.
The fact is, that we wouldn't know the details of what she had done for 6 months
after Sandy's death because of her cover up and lying. document here.

Catherine and Steele Sacks main focus continues to
be the covering of their tracks and discrediting us.
Showing absolutely no remorse for taking our dog, Sandy to the shelter to be killed.
Cate Sacks had our dog killed behind our back, and then lied about the circumstances
and even tried to keep the "training" fees. She emailed fake progress updates after he was dead.
Cate Sacks even lied to San Diego Animal Control report here
to cover up what she had done. These posts below show how Cate Sacks
paints herself as a victim, when she knows exactly what she has done to Sandy
and to our non profit charity rescue.

Cate Sacks posted these movies of our "extremely aggressive little terrier"
just days before she decided he "had" to be killed behind our back, because as she says "he didn't want to live". What WE see is our little terrified Sandy trying very hard to please Cate Sacks,
but it wasn't good enough for his life to spared.

FOLLOW THE MONEY. Cate Sacks took the last check below to the bank
the day before she ordered Sandy killled at the shelter.
It was the final check of the $ 4300 she collected to "train" him.
Oddly, she claims he has a life threatening injury the very next day, and she has him euthanized without notifying anyone at our rescue. The proceeds of this $ 2500 check officially went into Cate Sacks bank account TWO DAYS after
she took Sandy to the shelter to be killed.
She refused to refund this money for 6 months,
until she was sued in Small Claims Court
